Clark Consulting Services is directed by Joseph P. Clark, President and Founder. He possesses over 15 years of technical recruiting and consulting experience in the life sciences and health care industries. He directs talent recruitment, business development and client relations.

His previous entrepreneurial background includes the foundation and development of The Rehab Team, Inc., a regional, multi-center physical rehabilitation organization, specializing in musculoskeletal disorders and Occupational Wellness. He held overall responsibilities for business development, operations management, physician recruiting, marketing, human resource management, reimbursement and customer service. He holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Psychology from Temple University and additional studies in the biological and physical sciences at the University of Delaware and Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture.

Clark Consulting Services is a member firm of the National Association of Personnel Services and the Mid Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants, adhering to the Code of Ethics set forth by each organization, which governs the standards of business practice for personnel consultants.
